1  orange, peeled and cut

1 small carrot, roughly chopped

1 Handful of frozen pineapple

1/2 teaspoon fresh minced ginger, roughly chopped

1/2 teaspoon turmeric

Water

Drink and enjoy!

Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and mix until smooth.
