INGREDIENTS
• 400g (1 can) of chickpeas,drained and rinsed
• 2tbs tahini (sesame paste)
• Juice of ½ lemon
• 1 garlic clove, minced
• 2 tbsp extra-virgin
• olive oil
• 1 tsp smoked paprika
• ½ tsp cumin powder
• ½ tsp salt
If like it hot add some
• Cayenne Pepper
DIRECTIONS
Place all the ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth. Serve with crudités such as sliced red capsicum and broccoli, or slather the hummus on rye crackers.
