A few simple ingredients with a spin of olive oil and its ready to go with fish, seafood, chicken or any meat you prefer.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>INGREDIENTS<\/p><p>Roasted Peppers, about 4 Bell Pepper \u2013 I love red ones, makes the dish look super attractive.<\/p><p>Onion \u2013 1 onion<\/p><p>Garlic &#8211; 2 or 3 garlic cloves<\/p><p>Olives \u2013 Chopped green or black olives.<\/p><p>Parsley &#8211; 1 tablespoon fresh parsley<\/p><p>Olive oil \u2013 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil<\/p><p>Vinegar \u2013 1 teaspoon to taste<\/p><p>Salt and pepper to taste<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Servers 4<\/p><p>Time &#8211; 10 minutes + Roast for 30-35 mins or 1 min if you open a jar.<\/p><p>Calories \u2013 about 50g per serving<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>INSTRUCTIONS<\/p><ul><li>Quickly fry an onion and garlic in olive oil until soft, then remove from the heat and set aside to cool.<\/li><li>Slice the roasted pepper into strips.<\/li><li>In a salad bowl, place the roasted peppers, onion, and garlic together with the olive oil used to cook them, parsley, chopped green olives, salt, and pepper to taste.<\/li><li>Add more olive oil and vinegar to season with salt and pepper.<\/li><li>Serve with a bit of chilli.<\/li><li>Enjoy it and share with your friends.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section
