Morning Glory Coffee Smoothie

Get an extra energy boost before your morning workout. Coffee, oats and banana smoothie, the perfect pre-workout breakfast fix, full of caffeine, protein and potassium for a healthy weak-up fix!

Ingredients

  • 1 banana sliced and frozen always best
  • ½ cup  coffee
  • ½ cup low fat milk
  • ¼ cup oats 

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth.

Drink and enjoy
