FIT&STRONG HOMEXERCISES is a set of e-cards with simple and effective exercises for a quick home workout.

What do you do if you don’t have space or equipment? 

Space: Make it! Rearranging tables, chairs, and other pieces of furniture
can make enough space until gyms open again. If you can fit in a yoga mat, you have enough space to exercise! 

Equipment: You can do the exercises with no equipment, just put a yoga mat or a towel on the floor. Use your body weight or add in some extra resistance, iif you don’t have weights at home, then be creative – use the horrible sculpture you got for your wedding; recycle plastic bottles and fill them with water or sand; use cans of beans, or a pack of rice; anything can be used as equipment.
